Timing an application review around Taiwan filing calendars
The best findings memorandum arrives too late if the stamp window has already closed. Continuum Application Audit therefore treats calendar design as part of the engagement, not an afterthought.
For bank facilities, build backward from the credit committee date your relationship manager actually uses — not the aspirational date on your internal slide. Then subtract time for your preparer to implement corrections. A seven-day review that leaves only one evening for edits is a review that will be ignored.
Subsidy rounds often publish staggered windows: intent notice, full pack, and clarification. Use the intent stage to settle structure questions so the full-pack review can focus on numbers. Trying to redesign the project during the clarification window invites new inconsistencies.
Lunar New Year and mid-autumn periods slow both banks and applicants. If your filing sits near those weeks, lock the document cut-off earlier than habit suggests. Courier delays and leave schedules are part of financial reality in Taiwan, even when the forms themselves are digital.
Rush reviews exist for genuine surprises — a sudden tender deadline, a short-lived guarantee quota. They are not a substitute for planning. When everything is a rush, severity rankings blur and teams correct the wrong schedule first.
A calm financial audit of applications respects the calendar as much as the ledger.
