Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 July 2026
Acceptance
By requesting an engagement letter, submitting an inquiry form, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are acting for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
Services described
Continuum Application Audit provides independent professional review of financial information inside loan, grant, subsidy, and facility applications. Descriptions on this website are informational. A signed engagement letter defines the scope, fees, and deliverables for any paid work.
Our reviews do not constitute a statutory audit, assurance opinion, legal advice, or a guarantee that any lender, guarantor, or awarding body will approve an application.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate drafts and source materials, to meet agreed document cut-off dates, and to ensure that confidential information of third parties is shared lawfully. Delays in providing materials may shift delivery dates without breach on our part.
Intellectual property
Website content, findings memorandum templates, and our written work product remain our intellectual property until fees for the relevant engagement are paid in full, after which you receive a licence to use the deliverables for your internal filing purposes. You may not resell our memoranda as a third-party product.
Fees and payment
Fees are set out in the engagement letter or fee schedule referenced therein. Deposits may be required to reserve calendar space. Informational prices on the website are not quotes.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, our aggregate liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost financing, delayed grants, or business interruption, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Confidentiality
We treat application packs and supporting statements as confidential and use them only to perform the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or with your written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts located in Taiwan shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
