Prices below are informational starting points. Final fees depend on entity count, schedule volume, language mix, and how close the filing date sits to kickoff.

Estimate factors we always ask
- Filing deadline and whether the checklist is final
- Number of legal entities in the pack
- Language of forms (Chinese, English, or mixed)
- Whether prior query letters exist
- Whether you need an on-site briefing
What we do not bill for
We do not charge success fees tied to loan approval or grant awards. Our role is the quality of the filing pack, not the underwriting decision.
Statutory audit opinions, legal drafting, and bookkeeping clean-up sit outside these fees and, when needed, should be arranged with the appropriate licensed professional.
