Engagement path

From intake call to findings walkthrough

This page maps how a pre-submission loan application audit—and our related reviews—actually move. Bring the pack you plan to file; we will tell you if it is too early.

  1. Intake

A thirty-minute call covers facility type, lender or grant timeline, entity count, and known soft spots. We confirm whether a fixed fee is possible from the description or whether we need a sample schedule first.

  2. Document room

You upload management accounts, cash flows, aging reports, collateral schedules, narrative drafts, and any lender checklist. We freeze a version list so later uploads are marked as amendments, not silent replacements.

  3. Dual pass

One reviewer works arithmetic and cut-offs; another reads narrative claims against the numbers. Severity tags mark what would likely stop a credit analyst versus what is tidy-up advice.

  4. Findings memo

You receive a written memo with prioritised issues, evidence that would close each point, and notes on exclusions. For grant or board packs, the format shortens to an annotated letter or margin-marked PDF.

  5. Walkthrough

A sixty-minute call (shorter for board verifications) walks severity order. We do not expand into unpaid advisory during this call; further review rounds are scoped separately.

What to prepare before day one

  • Version-dated filenames for every schedule
  • A one-page entity map if more than one company is in the ask
  • Lender or grant checklist excerpt, if you have one
  • Honest labels on anything still draft
