Flagship audit

Pre-submission loan application audit

A structured review of the credit pack—schedules, narratives, and supporting papers—before you file with a bank or finance house.

Printed charts and application schedules spread across a wooden desk

Result you can expect

You leave with a findings memo that ranks issues by how likely a credit analyst is to stop on them: arithmetic breaks, cut-off mismatches, unsupported narrative claims, and missing attachments. We do not rewrite your application for you, and we do not negotiate with the lender.

Scope included

  • Reconciliation of profit and loss, balance sheet bridges, and monthly cash flow against the management accounts you provide
  • Check of collateral schedules against appraisal dates, ownership names, and encumbrance notes already in the pack
  • Related-party and shareholder advance tracing where ledgers or board minutes are supplied
  • Narrative-to-number alignment for use of proceeds, repayment sources, and seasonality claims
  • A prioritised remediation list with what evidence would close each point

Explicitly excluded

  • Statutory financial statement audits or assurance opinions
  • Formal credit ratings or lender introductions
  • Legal due diligence on security documents
  • Building a financial model from scratch when no working draft exists

How the work is delivered

After intake, we confirm the entity structure and the lender’s stated checklist if you have one. You upload the pack to a shared folder. Two reviewers work the schedules; one writes the memo. The walkthrough call is reserved for clarifying severity and sequencing fixes—not for expanding into a parallel advisory project.

Preparation that helps

Send complete PDFs or spreadsheets with version dates in the filenames. Flag any schedule still in draft. If an appraisal or insurance certificate is pending, say so up front so we do not mark it as a surprise omission.

Constraints

Rush turns under five business days are only accepted when the pack is already organised and under roughly 120 pages of core financials. Multi-entity groups with more than four companies are quoted separately.
